[Sprint] Fully support for task head: segmentation #121

Description

Add segmentation support for existing backbones:
- [x] ResNet
- ~~MobileViT~~
~~Add FAN segmentation head and make support all backbones for segmentation:~~

It finds out that MobileViT is not 4-stage backbone, and it can apply segmentation with DeepLabV3 segmentation head. So removed from the list of this issue.

FANet is not yet sufficient to guarantee the performance. Skipped in this issue.
