Upgrade jPlayer to 2.2 (or later) #503

It seems that this commit provides a bug fix that enables seeking on IOS 6 (which SHA: 0dcd0a43a8de4790c42e4685bd05124ce44ab447) is working around.

We should upgrade jPlayer and see if we can remove our workaround.
