Player doesn't automatically fit to screen size

On iPad: After you click the login-button, the player automatically refits itself, so that it no longer fills the entire tab, only takes up about 3/4 of it. If you open a new tab an close it, the player is fullscreen again - double-clicking it also works.

A similar issue sometimes occurs when the player is actually in fullscreen - this most often happens with the login page: The page becomes too large, and the login buttons etc. seem off-centre. Zooming in or out doesn't change the sizing of the page.
