Playback unstable on IE9

LYT version 1.2.6_002 has unreliable playback on IE9. To reproduce:

• Open a book without text.
• Click play.
• Click forward.

Expected: the player skips to next section and resumes playing. Actual: the player skips to next section but doesn't play. This is sporadic behavior. Some times the player does resume as expected.

Tested on test.m.e17.dk/lyt-1.2.6_003

Issue still occurs on PC with IE 9. But not only on books without text - I was able to reproduce on audio books with text as well. Still a sporadic behavior.

This issue didn't occur on other platforms, but I found a couple of other problems when testing:

Pc with Chrome and Android Nexus with Chrome Problems with audiobooks with text:

• When tabbing the timeline text and audio doesn't fit together anymore.
• When pushing the forward or backwards buttom the player skip to next section, but starts in the mitte of the text segment.
