I see all content in books

If there's content that doesn't fit the screen, I can visually see that something is not rendered

Criteria of success: irrelevant content is removed: javascript, stylesheet info etc. Apart from that, the actual HTML in the book is shown in succession. Performance should be at least equal.

I can play one specific book with word level highlight chosen from the search menu

Long term goal: The reader experience coherence between audio and content in such a way that is guided through all the books content

Tasks:

• Read HTML document and...
  • ...strip elements that should never be rendered,
  • ...insert "unable to render"-icon to replace elements that can't render in the viewport,
  • ...remove src attributes on images in order to avoid loading
  • ...and returns a DOM object: 13 hours.
• Adapt use of segments to avoid setting HTML data on them: 20 hours.
• Write viewport class that loads images: 20 hours.
