Fix offset in shared bookmarks #643

When sharing bookmarks the legacy section attribute was passed to the LYT.router.getBookActionUrl function, and the time offset was incorrectly parsed twice, so that the second time the time was parsed incorrectly, leaving it "0:00:00"
