<bookmarkSet> has the wrong XMLNS #684

In E17's DODP implementation, a response from /getBookmarks results in a <bookmarkSet> that belongs to the DAISY XMLNS. But it shouldn't. It should belong to the bookmark XMLNS http://www.daisy.org/z3986/2005/bookmark/
