Resolves https://github.com/NoteGio/openrelay/issues/4 - not quite to the specification of the original ticket, but it should be compliant with the srav2.

We also have a number of extensions to the SRA. Essentially, anything that can be in a query parameter can be a websockets filter parameter - this was necessary for websockets to enforce the same parameters as pools.
