• Project Initiation: The team created a milestone with proper issues, assembled the project team, and assigned roles and responsibilities.
• Research: The team has thoroughly researched to understand the target audience, competition, and industry trends. The next phase is to find good representative thumbnails and photos for the guide.
• Franchise Documentation: Create the Franchise Guide, including all necessary policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Marketing and Branding: Design a cohesive marketing and branding strategy to promote the SILK Franchise.

Actions:

• I will find a photo for the guide that represents Mid-Ohio Valley through Envato elements or SILK Corp folder, and it'll take probably more than 1 hour of research.
• I'll arrange the size of the downloaded photo as required on the website through Pixlr.com.
• I will take the photo and commit it to the images folder on GitHub and also do another commit to change the location of the photo.
• I will ensure effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the project manager, team members, and key decision-makers throughout the shift.
• I will collect the image according to the provided description on this issue and paste it into the images folder for the SILK. After that, I will create a pull request within the next hour of research.

Results:
