• Who is Involved: The SILK Corp team is responsible for creating the PowerPoint presentation.

• What is the Project About: The project is about preparing a comprehensive support funnel plan for international Catholic communities, focusing on the Philippines, in collaboration with local Catholic churches in the Mid-Ohio Valley region. However, this is a version 1, the next versions if for any organizations that can use the SILK Homes for any fund-raising events.

• Where is it Conducted: The presentation preparation will be available in the SILK Corp SharePoint folder and only members that are added in the SILK Corp has access to work on it.

• When is the Project Due: The presentation should be completed by September 29, 2023.

  Track (Presentation Preparation):

• Current State: The project team has gathered relevant data and research findings but has not yet started creating the PowerPoint presentation.

• Future State: The team aims to have a well-structured and visually appealing PowerPoint presentation that effectively outlines the comprehensive support funnel plan.

  Assist (GitHub Issue - Presentation Preparation):

Background: This issue aims to assist the project team in preparing a PowerPoint presentation to outline the comprehensive support funnel plan for international Catholic communities. The presentation will serve as a key communication tool for stakeholders.

Requirements or Objectives:

• Create a visually engaging PowerPoint presentation.
• Include relevant data, research findings, and proposed solutions.

Today, I am going to start working on the customer journey flowchart part of the PowerPoint presentation that outlines the support funnel plan for Catholic individuals from international communities, particularly from the Philippines.

I should be able to achieve 30% completion of the presentation by the end of today.

I have access to all the necessary data, research findings, and resources required to create the flowchart in the presentation.

The presentation is a critical component of our project as it will help communicate our objectives, proposed solutions, and research findings to stakeholders, enabling us to gain approvals and endorsements.
