@rahmatzeb, go to your forked repo and then move to gh-pages. Go to the research folder, choose the add file option, and create a new file, name it as "SILK Repo notes.md" or something like that but make sure to put .md at the end of the name. Propose changes and create a new branch, add a description, and create a PR.
