After obtaining a master clue from another treasure trail, there is a 30 second cooldown period before a player can obtain another one from a treasure trail, assuming the player dropped the first one.

Could you add an extra 30 second cooldown to opening another casket after you just received a master clue? It seems like you already have the logic from the d6f4488 commit so hopefully all the data is already there.
