New Fedora install issues

Installing numpy crashes
Install xsensors
Install ninja-build
Install AppIndicator gnome extension
Install / Update tmux plugins
Set Numix-circle icon theme
Enable minimize / maximize window buttons
Steamwebhelper crashes on startup; needed to switch to flatpak
Make ~/.bash_completion.d/ a real directory, not a symlink (create it before deploying dotfiles)
First install of packages failed, had to run it twice?
