May need to break the Achievement::name == Rule::name() assertions (and switch to Strings from &'static str?)

Consume commits via stdin and emit results in JSON via stdout?

One commit per script call? Otherwise how to mark the end of the commit?
Should the input just be the absolute path to the git repo (possibly a bare repo) and the commit hash(s)?
