Update readme - draft installation instructions #42

Added incomplete installation instructions to readme. Some TODOs marked, needing the following:

After playbook updates, need to update instructions for:
- Copying certificate from local machine to VPS using ansible step
- Using Cloudflare DNS integration to obtain certificate and put in place on remote machine using ansible
Need an example activity and instructions on sending it to test batcher
Maybe there is a better name for the diagram section?

Also, please review all instructions to ensure I have understood everything correctly!
