add date to windows/Mac popups.
don't start website poller if api key length is wrong.
allow console logging on windows when the console is enabled.
~~testing Mac temp fix for https://github.com/shirou/gopsutil/pull/1672~~
- will probably not leave the replace in place, EDIT: ....and removed.
