add more linux desktop features

• Adds a desktop file and logo file to linux. Shrinks all the existing app logos.
• Adds Auto Start checkbox/menu item and feature for GUI-app users.
• Fixes a bug with FreeBSD not having a log folder.
• Completely removes homebrew builds (stopped working over a year ago).
• Fixes a bug in Arch aur package maker than was putting files in /share instead of /usr/share.
• Speeds up restart time when doing an update in Windows.
