Final layout. #26

The layout is finally solid.

Polishes up the Instances components.
Adds bootstrap themes.
Restructures some of the components.
Fixes a bug in the DB file path picker.
Updates Go deps. Adds sqlite3 dep.
Updates Instance Config form with feedback.
Unifies a few translation strings.
