Add a way to predefine passthrough names to do some config on the site #105

FR: support ?event= on passthru, and let me dynamically "type it in" on the site and pick a channel for each event type for which I want to pass thru notifications. And a default channel for any unknown event types. Then I don't have to configure the channel in my "app" (notifiarr client in this case).
