Check if multi instance sonarr is mixing up optionals #120

<@!543077981707436033> hey man, for some reason on Sonarr my Optionals RP keeps getting re-added (as a duplicate). When this happens, I delete both of them, then resync on the notifiarr site. But it has still happened a couple times over the last week. Any idea why this keeps happening?

This just happened to me again ... I got a notification in Discord that The Optionals - Notifiarr release profile is now added to Sonarr and in sync. And when I went to check Sonarr, I had 4(!) Optionals in my first Sonarr instance, and 2 in my second (4K) instance. I thought maybe this issue was still being resolved, but I see it was closed 4 days ago so I thought I would report.

I was hoping it was since i did find an issue and had not heard anything since. Guess i'll look into it some more.
