check if client plex notifications are not respecting when the integration is disabled #150

Oh my god I'm an idiot. I disabled the Plex integration on the website and forgot to disable it on the client. However, when I try to remove the Plex URL and save changes, it doesn't stick. I'll try editing the conf file directly in a little bit

Adding from our discussion on discord:

I re-enabled the Plex integration, set all the discord channels to "select channel", disabled it, disabled it via the client conf file, and am still getting the error that a discord channel (Plex, deleted a while ago) is not able to be found. No other integrations should be trying to send to it.

Found the bug in the client that wouldn't allow removing plex settings/url. It also affected Tautulli.
