add tvdb v4 endpoints for getting series info by season/episode

dont know how you process stuff, but since I can see the xml files provide accurate ids for imdb/tmdb/tvdb for shows/seasons/episodes maybe it won't be that hard. Just a guess. No f all how things are done 😛
