split PMM notifications by server to specified channels #226

Is it possible to say have more than one integration for example Plex Meta Manager i would like to split out each server notifications to a separate channel to better keep track

Anyone is welcome to bring this back up if/when PMM adds the server name to payloads so that i can use it to split the notifications
