add Episode level Overview to JellyFin & Emby #234

In the Jellyfin Now Playing notification is it possible to add the metadata from the episode and not the show itself?

Example in pic.

it gives an overview about the show and not the episode itself. is this possible?

Might as well apply the logic to Emby if it applies (cant remember if it shows the same stuff)
