mobile theme fixups

[x] Admin discord channel permissions the X blends in and the windows is large (converted edit user page --nit)
[x] User profile log viewing logs on mobile can't close the window (fixed on nightly --nit)
[x] used profile viewing logs can't scroll horizontal (fixed on nightly --nit)
[x] Can't minimize admin log viewer selector on mobile to actually view the logs (added a minimize button --nit)
[ ] White flashbang on the reload when saving not sure if browser or you
[x] https://theme.notifiarr.app/guest/user.php?page=wizard invalid request
[x] logs are more now very flash bangy (black background, white text now --nit)

[x] Hide the little toggle on the right hand side where you can select dark or light mode to prevent accidental touching while scrolling.
