Media Requests support alt titles for searching #286

Is there a way to search for an alternate title for something in the search field? I ran into an issue where a movie like Richie Rich is listed in TMDB as Ri¢hie Ri¢h, so it wouldn't show in the search results. There is a listing in the alternate titles in TMDB's listings, but the search result still didn't show. It populates just fine if I search the way TMDB's primary listing shows it, but that only worked because I thought to check their web site to see how they have it and that probably won't be the case for users who aren't aware of doing that.

At the moment it uses the same logic as Radarr (it used to use TMDb but was switched for complaints of inconsistent results) and one bad search i dont think deserves any kind of changes yet
