Port MegaServo library to ArbotiX platform #20

As of Arduino 0017, the default servo library is the MegaServo library, we
should adapt and verify it as working with the Sanguino/ArbotiX core.

The new Servo library already works. Renaming old hardware servo library to 
HServo.
