[Request] Add in another cvar to control flame particle behavior seperately. #2

In the current state of the plugin, if you want to make use of the other cvars like notnheavy_flamethrower_oldafterburn_damage and notnheavy_flamethrower_oldafterburn_duration, you need to also have notnheavy_flamethrower_enable set to 1, which controls the flamethrower behavior.

I'd like to request that another cvar be added that controls flame particle behavior independent of the cvar controlling whether the plugin is enabled or disabled. That way if someone wants to use the post-Inferno flames with pre-Inferno afterburn (as an example) then they can.

I am VERY sorry that I never read this, I honestly never really checked this repository and I also barely read my emails.

I separated the notnheavy_flamethrower_oldafterburn_* cvars from notnheavy_flamethrower_enable and renamed the latter to notnheavy_flamethrower_enable_flames.

As for controlling flames, there exists cvars for old flamethrower flames - try looking up tf_flamethrower_*.
