install make inside vagrant box so php-krb stuff builds #140

At some point between 7.9.1 and 7.11.2 of the Debian/wheezy64 vagrant box, make was removed. Install it so php/krb stuff builds.

Might be safer to install the build-essentials package (which then pulls in make) incase any other bits get removed over tome
