Since the release of Profile Tabs, Global theme settings are no longer being reflected. The only theme-related functionality that seems to work right now is custom code BGs or customizing a specific fidget's style.
Steps to repro:
Update the global theme settings for a space or homebase, such as background color or fidget shadow.
Notice that the theme settings are not being reflected

When a user changes a theme setting, that change is reflected
When a user saves their theme, that change is reflected
When a user updates their music, that change is reflected
