1. Throw the Singularities into a lava pit. 丢这物品倒岩浆里。
2. Wait. 等一会。

In mod one version Singularity created an infinite copy bug that has now been fixed, but if you ever threw Singularity to the ground in the bug version, the bug will still remain.

@tankyap The reason for this is that problematic singularity entities are still in the world, and unfortunately singularities have properties that cannot be cleaned up.
