ME Machinery Fluid Buses don't use channels #39

Currently, the ME Machinery Fluid Input/Output Buses do not take up a channel, while the item buses do. Subnet example that should take up 9 channels if all ME buses use a channel: 2023-08-10_15 43 06 Actually only takes 6 channels (does not count the 3 fluid input buses) 2023-08-10_15 43 31 Tested on build from commit 58f25bd.
