(Suggestion/Fix) Render distance effects mob spawning #20

Hello I have a suggestion to fix one of the worst minecraft problems there is atleast for 1.12.2 I don't know if it's on other versions or not but it does seem like it effects 1.12.2, it seems like it's been around for many years and is well documented and has been a problem for many people. This seems super important and I don't know how this is even actually a problem that exists and hasn't been fixed yet because one of the easiest most simple ways to gain FPS and performance is to lower your render distance. We are talking like maybe an 200-300+ FPS increase and way better performance. And also I think it helps soooo much with getting better FPS with shaders too. But because this problem happens when you lower render distance, it ruins night time and stuff sooo much that I think it just might not be an option which is so sad and shouldn't be the case. There is a render distance slider for a reason people should be able to lower it and not have to deal with way less mob spawns. It also seems like even if you raise it you can get way less mob spawns too.

Make no mistake fixing this problem would be huge and give the ability to have absolutely massive performance increases (maybe hundreds of additional FPS) while still being able to have an actual fun experience with mob spawns being good. I think 6 render distance is a pretty good render distance on modded minecraft 1.12.2 where everything still looks fine and gives so much better FPS and people should be able to use it without having a ruined night time experience and stuff.

The issue is render distance seems to effect mob spawning and it honestly shouldn't otherwise why is there a render distance slider. Anyway thanks for reading really hoping you can fix this problem.

Also I think the render/view distance setting in dedicated servers overrides those settings for any players that join and make their games use those settings. So a dedicated server with a higher render distance and then someone joining and having their game set to a lower render distance doesn't seem to solve this problem at all either. I do think at this point it'll require some sort of mod to fix this this problem that's why I'm here. Hope you can fix this.
