Document site adding for contributors #2

I'm not sure how to add more sites. I'm no Android developer and can not do it myself. Ideally, supported upload services definitions would be in an external file with specific syntax, which could be easily extended with other services with simple PRs.

I was working on a system for different upload types, but got busy with other projects.
