User permission handling errors? #9

Due to changes in permission handling in djs v13, the 'permissions' bitfield number is no longer being recognized. Because of this, the dashboard is now unusable past the login stage since it cannot interpret the permissions value.

[x] Investigate cause of errors and find a working solution.

Affected Modules (subject to change): Bot Dashboard (Normal & Admin dashboards)
