At bike selection screen, choose an option...

and push the A button - the colors will mess up:

You pressed A on the snes controller, right?

Are the colors messed up in the Tile Viewer or just the Tilemap Viewer? The tires look ok, are they sprites? Are the sprite colors messed up too?

I have no idea. I just played the game. But it looks like it was fixed with the dev build of Mesen-S
