Extended entity appearance configuration #142

I think it would be nice to be able to specify some more attributes that control how an entity is drawn. This could be communicated with WHO and be another field alongside pic.

Some traits that would be nice to have

Height, for the typing symbol
Animation speed
Whether to turn with the person carrying you when you're carried?
Length of time to stay in the "walking" state when moving?

Also nice to have: widths and heights that aren't just 32?
