This likely due to default values issue on the Link To section

seems to be that v2 data store only considers 'advanced targeting' active when there are 2 or more items in the Link To list thus it ignores the cases where there is only one and use the data from Bone On Avatar (or keeps that and the firs in the list linked)

looking at behavior of VRCFury app, looks to be best to sync the first on the list as that seems to be consistent cross 2 & 3 data store versions

Fixed as of dbaa2402a678338619bed36edf614bb7002ba80a
