DSUs on already inactive game objects don't get detected #3

if a game object on the avatar is disabled the DSUs on it are not detected during module install phase.

likely won't support root level package being disabled, as using that default unity behavior will allow users to disable modules to prevent import in a commonly understood way

won't be fixed, as it would cause confusion vs expected unity behavior
