[WIP] eZ Platform v3 compatibility #113

There are some API changes in eZ Platform v3 and this extension does not work out of the box. This is a work in progress effort to bring full compatibility.

@Plopix I finished work started by @janit. It seems to work fine with v3 (beta5) now, I would love to get some review and feedback from you.

@Plopix tests are failing as there is no stable release of 8.x kernel. Would you like me to allow dev stability for this package?

Hi All,

Noticed this has been in a bit of a limbo since it "started working" enough. What are the steps needed to move forward with this?

I set version in documentation to be v4.0 as I believe that should be the version when we're good to go.

Do we need to wait for eZ Platform v3.0 for tests to work and merge this, or will the devstability suggested by @kmadejski jump that hurdle?

Hi @Plopix! I'm sorry for pushing about this one again, but it's quite important for us to make it work with v3.

I know that https://github.com/Novactive/NovaeZSEOBundle/issues/107 could be done here perhaps, but we can make it separately, I believe.

Is there anything necessary to merge this one? Thanks in advance 🙂
