Found an issue with sticky fingers where opening your inventory while zipped inside of a mob causes your game to crash/become unresponsive. Doesn't seem permanent, rejoining the world fixed the issue but it could be a problem accidentally opening your inventory and having to close and reopen minecraft to fix it every time this might happen.
