updating xgx_stat_smooth ordinal and moving predictdf.nls #25

Making xgx_stat_smooth ordinal work with different faceting, coloring, etc. Now you can facet by response, which didn't work before. Can also assign color, linetype, etc. based on either response or a different covariate.

Moving predictdf.nls into xgx_stat_smooth
