Update vignette: remove functions we don't emphasize or use anymore. #59

Remove xgx_save_table()
Remove 10^x bit in Nice log scale section, because we stopped plotting that way
Consider getting rid of some of the Percent change plots - there are a lot
Remove data checking section (end) because we prefer the data checking page
