Fork and fix User:DannyS712/DiscussionCloser.js, is buggy

Sometimes closes the wrong section. Must be a problem with the algorithm that finds the section. Would be easy to fix with unit tests.
Sometimes adds whitespace to the top.
behaves poorly at high zoom
- at high zoom, bottom of modal is off the screen without a vertical scroll bar, making the buttons unclickable
- at very high zoom, the "closing comment" textarea overflows out of the modal
- option radio buttons overflow out of the modal, should wrap instead
blank parameters should not be inserted. the below is not ideal:

put (hat) text next to Hidden Archive text
remove "version" from edit summary
add an optional logging feature, which logs all your closes to a userspace page, so you can keep track of your RFC and ANI closes
