Ratio and Channel rules set using the RSS manager are overwritten by rules in set in the Ratio/Rule Manager.
Steps to reproduce
Create a RSS rule in the RSS manager to download torrents with their own RatioGroup and Channel.
The RSS rule is triggered, the torrent loads with RatioGroup and Channel rules set in the RSS manager.
The torrent appear in Rutorrent's list of loaded torrents with mixed RatioGroup and Channel rules from the RSS manager and the Rule Manager.
Expected behavior
RatioGroup and Channel set in the RSS manager should not be overwritten by ratio/channel rules from the Ratio/Rule Manager.
Additional context
Not sure why torrents added using the RSS manager don't skip the Ratio/Rule manager and get checked for ratio/channel rules a second time.
The same thing happen when you change or remove the label of a torrent that's already loaded
and is Stopped/Paused/Downloading/Seedding, Rutorrent takes it for a spin in the Ratio/Rule manager again. Very confusing.
