Priority does not show right in the overview

Describe the bug

in the overview some completed and seeding torrents have the priority high or don't download but i don't set this on completed torrents

in the detail view of the torrent in file section i see all files have normal priority

i don't know what is setting this priority, all RSS torrents are ok, but the ones from autodl-irssi have strange priority, i use automove what makes sometimes broke the path for the torrents which are not in the rule for automove

Steps to reproduce

download torrents with autodl-irssi and use automove for some labels

Expected behavior

all torrents have normal priority (since they are completed and seeding) normally torrents with don't DL are not downloaded
