Can't enter text in any window opened from the side panel on mobile

Describe the bug

On mobile when you open any window from the side panel you can't enter text. The text field does not respond to touch and the keyboard does not appear. Commit 2b57a664a3b232911b405020a39428d0f65d602c adds temporary workaround. But the problem is more general and affects all windows opened from side panel.

Steps to reproduce

1. on mobile try
2. open side panel
3. select any option that requires text entry

Expected behavior

Text fields can be edited
