Not sure I understand the problem correctly, but couldn't you Ctrl+a to select all, then right-click -> Priority -> Don't Download to set all to not download, then select the one you want and set it to whichever priority you want?
This is considerably less time consuming than set each one individually.

This is a Feature Request for: I would like to be able to have an option to either mark all items "don't download" or select an item and have it set that item as the only selected option (while setting all others in that torrent as "don't download"
The reason for this is simple.
let's say you need to download 1 episode from a 24 episode season pack. Right now you must:
Set torrent to "do not start automatically" Manually set 23 items as "do not download"
This is very time consuming....it would beVERY nice if you could just right click, select an item and have it set that episode as the only item. Then if you only needed 1 or 2 items, you coudl do it much faster.
I hope i've explained this well enough
