Add it so multiple payment options are available for TPW #200

Currently, the content creator can only set a single asset, i.e. "10 ATMOS" they should be able to specify different options, i.e. "10 ATMOS or 1000 BOID or 0.1 EOS"

This issue has been closed as the swap feature provides an adequate way of obtaining ATMOS and sufficient liquidity now that it uses NewDex.
