Inconsistent scrolling behavior for permalinks with dynamic content #206

  1. Sometimes the permalink isn't immediately highlighted
  2. If a post contains dynamic content such as a telegram post which affects the height of the page it will end up scrolling to an incorrect location on the page.

Tagged wont fix and closing this issue. Currently, it's not something that can be addressed but the issue at least documents this.
